[edit] A note on the name

While I favour English names in English Wikipedia where they are historically notable, using the French Rue Saint-Paul reflects the fact that this was a street created during the time of New France and helps to disambiguate it from a previously existing redirect to Niagara Regional Road 81, known as Saint Paul Street in Saint Catharines, Ontario.
