This subarticle is kept separate from the main article, Rudy Giuliani, due to size or style considerations.

Most of this article was repeated in Rudy Giuliani, and I've restored the rest from Controversies of Rudy Giuliani. I edited these down considerably to remove what seemed wordy or unimportant. I think this article is ready to be deleted, i.e. changed to a redirect to Rudy_Giuliani#September_11.2C_2001_terrorist_attacks. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
