Rudolph Hennig

Rudolph Hennig was a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta

Rudolph was first elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta in the 1926 Alberta general election. He represented the Victoria provincial electoral district. He served in the United Farmers of Alberta caucus for 2 terms.

In the 1930 Alberta general election he switched to the new district of Clover Bar after Victoria was split. He won a hotly contested election against Independent Christian Hein in vote transfers. He retired from office in 1935.

There is a School named École Rudolph Hennig School, a French immersion elementary and Junior High School in Fort Saskatchewan Alberta named in his honor.
