Rudolph Bester (born July 19, 1983 in Walvis Bay) is a Namibian football striker.
He currently plays for Serbian club FK Čukarički Stankom, having joined the team in 2008 from Eleven Arrows. From 2003 to 2006 he played for Blue Waters.
He was a part of the Namibian squad at the 2008 African Cup of Nations.
