  • Cartier was a highly significant figure in the history and development of British television, specifically drama programming for the BBC, and therefore a noteworthy biographical subject.
  • As he was a television director and thus worked behind the scenes, it is very difficult to find alternative free use images of him.
  • The image is smaller than the original, as required by Wikipedia fair use guidelines.
  • The image is included for informational purposes only, and is not believed to detract from the original production in any way.
