Ruben Figueres is a very popular search in google and other search engines in Chicago. And the entire triathlon community knows him in that area, as well as the media industry. I expect other people to add more information on him.

Changed to proposed deletion by reviewing admin to give you 4 days to find references for the national title in swimming, which would be sufficient to prove notability. I added several references. Two of them are from his national swimming title. One is of his 4th fastest time of the year in the 1650 free. Others are from various sports magazines.
