Rubus laciniatus (Cutleaf Evergreen Blackberry or Evergreen Blackberry) is a species of Rubus introduced from Europe to North America.
It is a deciduous, bramble-forming shrub growing to 0.5-2 m tall, with thorny shoots. The leaves are pinnate, with five leaflets, each divided into deeply toothed subleaflets with jagged, thorny tips. Fruits are similar to the common Blackberry, with a unique, fruitier flavour.
