Rubicon River (Victoria)

The Rubicon River is a tributary of the Goulburn River in Victoria Australia.

The river rises in the Blue Range east of Buxton and flows North towards Thornton.

The Rubicon Hydroelectric Scheme was established on the river in 1924 and in combination with the power station on its tributary the Royston River today provides 26,400 kilowatts of power.
