Rubicon London (Rubicon Residential) are one of the original estate agents in Docklands offering a premier sales and lettings service.

Founding directors Nathan Cozens and Noel Mangan established the company in 1992 using their unparalleled expertise in the UK and international property markets to provide a first class service for investors and homebuyers alike. Their carefully nurtured relationships with a number of leading international residential property developers resulted in record numbers of sales of major new Docklands developments in the early 1990s. Many of the developments built during this time were originally sold by Rubicon. Not bad.
