Rubberband is a Pakistani sitcom about a group of college students who want to become successful musicians. College life is also a vital theme of Rubberband; the show itself is affiliated with a Pakistani rock band of the same name, of which director Ahmed Ali Butt is a part of (although not most other cast members). Rubberband is aired on ARY Digital and is the directorial debut of Ahmed Ali But, who has worked in other sitcoms including Jutt and Bond and College Jeans before. He is also a member of the Pakistani alternative rock band Entity Paradigm (eP). "Rubberband" is written by Vasay Chaudhary who also acts in the sitcom.
