Rubén Pacheco (Venezuela)

Ruben Pacheco is a Venezuelan diplomat. He is the Venezuelan ambassador to fellow OPEC nation Angola. In 2007, Pacheco oversaw the creation of the Angola-Venezuela Chamber of Commerce, which both countries hope will increase bilateral ties.
