No free images are available, it is low quality and hence unable to be used for creation of copyright infringing media, is needed for the identification of an internationally known broadcaster (broadcasting internationally to West Africa and Europe), and its use will not damage the broadcaster's ability to sell its product.

This logo has been uploaded to identify the Cote d'Ivoire national broadcaster RTI (Radiodiffusion Television Ivoirienne) for the wikipedia article Radiodiffusion Television Ivoirienne.

It is used in the same manner at http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Rtigroupe.PNG, and is a direct copy of the logo uploaded there.
