RSIBreak

RSIBreak is a Linux utility which reminds computer users to take a regular break in order to prevent Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). It is written for the K Desktop Environment.
Besides reminding the user when to take a break, RSIBreak also records how much time the user has been active and idle.
