[edit] Fair use rationale

1) This is a WW-II poster of the Italian Social Republic. Given historical circumstances, it is extremely likely that such an object is in the public domain currently, given that the original copyright holder (Italian Social Republic) exists no more as a state, and that the Italian republic considers it most surely as an historical document instead than a work of art it has copyright on. 2) This is a unique example of WW-II propaganda and it is shown here for educational and informative purposes only. It depicts dramatically the ties between the Italian Social Republic and Germany during the latest phases of WW-II. --Daufer 14:53, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
