I guess it is somewhere near Brussels and the coordinates help a bit but there should be something abhout it being "6km south of the city centre in the suburb of XXXX" or whatever - SimonLyall 09:18, 3 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Leopold II?

Several sources--Morel's "Red Rubber", for one, and other history books on the Congo--assert that Leopold spent an immense amount of money (1.2 million pounds sterling back then) on improving the 'Laeken Palace'.
