[edit] Oldest relics

I have removed "with the oldest relics being aged at around 300,000 years old" from the article as I don't believe it can be true. I thought civilisation began around 6,000 years ago, so this claim seems unlikely. If I am wrong then can someone put it back in, please, but with a source. --JimmyTheWig 09:55, 19 December 2005 (UTC)
