Roy Carter is NOT the democratic candidate running against Virginia Foxx. He is running in a primary against Diane Hamby to THEN run against Ms. Foxx if he wins the party's nomination at the polls. This error is unfair to NC-5 voters, and to any who would use Wiki as an information source for political news. Vrmccrady (talk) 02:31, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
