Royal University of Law and Economics

The Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) was one of the first higher educational institutions in Cambodia.[1]

RULE was established in 1948 as the National Institute of Law, Politics and Economics. In 2003 the former Institute officially became a university. In 2003 there were almost 5,000 students studying at the university.
