Royal Tramp (Chinese: 鹿鼎記) is a 1992 wuxia comedy directed by Wong Jing and Ching Siu-tung. The Hong Kong film stars Stephen Chow as the anti-hero Wai Siu-Bo (Chinese: 韋小寶). It is a film adaptation of the popular Chinese novel The Deer and the Cauldron by wuxia novelist Jin Yong.
It was followed by a sequel, Royal Tramp II, also in 1992.
Royal Tramp was one of the five top-grossing films in Hong Kong in 1992. The other four films also starred Stephen Chow.
