The Melbourne Showgrounds, opened in the 1930s, located in the suburb of Ascot Vale, Victoria, Australia is the home of the Royal Melbourne Show and various other events, inspired by the famous Sydney Showgrounds. Part of it is often leased out during the year.

It has also been used to film numerous TV commercials.

The Showgrounds has its own railway station on the Flemington Racecourse line, only open for the Show and other special events.

Extra trams are also run to the Showgrounds for the duration of the Show.
