Anne Roxanne "Roxie" Jordan Barcelo (born January 20, 1985 in Fairfax, Virginia, USA) is a Filipino-American actress, model and singer.

Upon arriving in the Philippines when she was 13, she was one of the contestants in GMA's Metropop Search. Aside from that in 1999, Roxie became a mainstay in the GMA's then top-rated youth oriented show, Click, she learned so much in her 2½ years in the show. During her stay in the Pinoy Big Brother house she was well known for her complicated relationships, and she was called the "cry-baby". She was teased for pairing with Rico Robles. On day 22 in the early hours of the morning, Rico asked Roxanne to read his book and used Big Brother's task of commanding their other housemates. Rico was dissatisfied with Roxanne's readings and told her to read the book "with feelings". Roxanne got irritated by this and walked out. Gretchen was the first person who offered help about the situation. Barcelo was the eighth housemate to exit the house.
