[edit] Intro Rewrite Needed

The article's intro probably should address that Mr. Barnes was shot and killed in 2005 while in court, vs. his ties to a 2003 trial (hockey star or not). His notability, at least in retrospect, is from the fact he was killed in the pursuit of his duties as a judge. - Ageekgal (talk) 02:32, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
