Rowman & Littlefield

Rowman & Littlefield Publishers Inc. was founded in 1949. It is an independent publishing house which offers scholarly works for the academic market. They are based in Lanham, Maryland.

In 2007 the company purchased the entire Cowley Publications backlist from the Society of St. John the Evangelist.[1]
