[edit] First column

The first column has, at various times, read "Possible teams", "Group stage", and now (my edit) "Group stage (32 teams)". I did this to show that there are 32 teams competing in the group stage for the World Cup 2006. Though for other tournaments, there might be a different number of teams competing in the group stages, so this might need modification. Carcharoth 09:49, 17 June 2006 (UTC)

Or a different template. Jooler 09:50, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
Yes. How many different templates do you think are needed?
  • A static one to show the tournament from start to finish after it has finished.
  • A flexible one to show the possibilities as the tournament progresses.
  • A static one to use before the tournament starts (between the draw and the tournament).
I suppose a flexible template could also be used to show the progress of the qualification rounds before the Finals stages of the tournament? This template would show who had been eliminated from each of the qualifying pools, and who had qualified. Carcharoth 09:55, 17 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Avoid stack up

Is it possible to edit this so that the boxes have a minimum wdith and so that if you squish the web page horizontally you don't get everything stacking up and getting tall? Jooler 09:51, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
