This is a complete list of directions for the Great River Road from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico.

NSB = National Scenic Byway

KH = King's Highway (Ontario)

SH = Secondary Highway (Ontario)

PTH = Provincial Trunk Highway (Manitoba)

US = United States Highway

CR = County Road

Note: These directions run north to south. Some areas include one-way streets that may slightly alter the directions in a particular area.
