Rough Tor

Rough Tor, or Roughtor, pronounced Rowter (rhyming with cow), is a hill and tor on Bodmin Moor, Cornwall. Its summit is 1313 ft (400m) above mean sea level, making it one of the highest peaks in Cornwall.
Rough Tor lies about 3 miles (5km) southeast of Camelford, and just northwest of Brown Willy, Cornwall's highest point.
The walk to the summit is popular with visitors; there is a road that provides easy access to the hill. A memorial sits on Rough Tor to the men of the 43rd (Wessex) Division who lost their lives in the second World War.[1]
