Photograph of Imperial War Museum exhibit : British First World War period sectioned 13-pounder round made by Firth on 30 June 1915.
Format Description: sectioned 13-pounder round (D 3in x L 19.75in) with explosive simulated by a plaster fill, and the cordite propellant simulated by a bundle of cord. It is stamped showing it was made by Firth on 30 June 1915: '13Pr I FIRTH W 30-6-15' (shell body) / '13PR II' (case) 'No.II RL II' (primer)
