  1. This is a very low resolution image of a CD cover and cannot be used to create a high-resolution reproduction to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
  2. Inclusion of this image in an encyclopedic article does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;

  4. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows RAM's inclusion in a compilation album of just 15 tracks chosen as representative of Haitian music since the exile of Jean-Claude Duvalier;
