1. This is a very low resolution image of a CD cover and cannot be used to create a high-resolution reproduction to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
2. Inclusion of this image in an encyclopedic article does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
3. The image is being used for informational purposes only;
4. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows RAM's inclusion in a compilation album of just 15 tracks chosen as representative of Haitian music since the exile of Jean-Claude Duvalier;
5. This compilation is the first album not released by RAM that includes photographs of some of the band members on the album cover.
6. The material is encyclopedic and otherwise meet general Wikipedia content requirements;
7. The material meets the media-specific policy requirements.
