Rotonda de Hombres Ilustres

Rotonda de los Hombres Ilustres (Rotunda of "Illustrious Men") is a victory column in Chihuahua City. It is there in honor of important men in Chihuahua's history. The landmark is a column with a Winged Victory on top.
