Rothe House is situated on Parliament Street in Kilkenny, Ireland. Building started in 1594 by John Rothe Fitz Piers. The Rothes were merchants foremost, however, they were also involved in politics. The house was confiscated after Charles I defeat in England, due to their involvement in the confederation of Kilkenny. Following the restoration of Charles II the house was given back to the family.

The house is made up of three buildings and currently is the headquarters of the Kilkenny Archaeological Society. It also houses a museum.
