I see no reason this article should be deleted, it is accurate, informative and respectful to the deceased. It also should not redirect to Capuchin catacombs of Palermo as there is not sufficient information there.

The lack of information is a result of the person in question being very young and having been dead for a very long time. This person did exist and this is not a hoax. The people in the discussion obviously made no real effort to look into the subject before they commented.

If one puts in any reasonable amount of effort in besides a Google image search they will find The Discovery Channel featured her remains in a program about the ten best preserved persons in the world. There are also numerous photographs of her remains, many from directly above look similar, however there is no shortage of photos from different angles and distances.
