Roswitha Krause (born November 3, 1949) is a German swimmer and team handball player. She competed for East Germany and achieved olympic medals in both swimming and handball.

Roswitha Krause received a silver medal at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico on 4x100m Freestyle Relay with the East Germany team.[1]

Roswitha Krause received a silver medal at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal with the East Germany national handball team.[2] She received a bronze medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow [3]
