Rostam Mirlashari was born in Western Balochistan in Zahedan city. He came from Lashari tribe. He is one of the best singer in Baluchi community. In 1991, political situation and danger for his life in Baluchistan which made to leave Iran and came to Sweden. In 1994, he established a band with most members from Baluchistan, Sweden, Africa and other European countires which he given a name Golbang.
He is active in a musician and cultural instigator the Swedish culture, as well in Baluchi culture.
