Rossi Jarvis (born March 11, 1988) is an English professional footballer who plays for Norwich City. His main strength is his versatility. He can play in central and right sided roles in both defence and midfield.

Jarvis was born in Fakenham and began his career as a junior with Norwich City, making history as the youngest player to appear in their reserve side when aged only 14 [1]. He progressed to become a trainee with Norwich and made his debut for Norwich, while still a trainee, as a second-half substitute for Dean Marney in a League Cup 2-1 defeat away to Birmingham City on 26 October 2005. His league debut came on November 5, 2005, as second-half substitute for Jim Brennan in a 2-0 defeat away to Wolverhampton Wanderers. He made a further appearances in the league as a substitute, in the game away to Millwall before being offered his first full professional contract by then Norwich manager Nigel Worthington [2].

He appeared as a substitute in the league game away to Leicester City on December 31, 2005 before signing his professional contract on January 5, 2006 [3]. His first start for Norwich came in the 3rd round FA Cup defeat at home to West Ham United on January 7, 2006. He played the whole game, but failed to appear in the Norwich first team again that season.

He is the younger brother of fellow Norwich player Ryan Jarvis. The two brothers played together in the same Norwich team for the first time in an English League Cup match against Rotherham United on 19 September 2006. To date, this has been his only appearance in the 2006-07 season and he joined Torquay on loan on January 25, 2007[4]. He played four times for the Gulls before an injury ended his loan spell.

It would be almost a year on from the Carling Cup game at Rotherham until Rossi next played a competitive game for the Norwich first team. With suspensions to Dion Dublin, Jason Shackell, and Julien Brellier; Jarvis started the Carling Cup 3rd Round Tie away to then Premier League high-flyers Manchester City along with fellow academy scholar Michael Spillane. Both boys' performances drew praise from the local radio commentators and also the media reports. Rossi started his first ever league game for Norwich against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday 29th September 2007.

Although on the 6th May 2008 Rossi along with his brother Ryan was released by Norwich City.
