Rossa is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Vercelli in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 km northeast of Turin and about 60 km northwest of Vercelli. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 183 and an area of 11.6 km².[1]
Rossa borders the following municipalities: Balmuccia, Boccioleto, Cervatto, Cravagliana, Fobello, and Rimasco.
