Ross Rutledge

Ross ("Roscoe") Rutledge (born July 7, 1962 – died April 23, 2004) is a former field hockey player.

Rutledge participated in two consecutive Summer Olympics for Canada, starting in 1984. After having finished in tenth position in Los Angeles, California, the long time resident of Langley, British Columbia ended up in eleventh place with the Men's National Team in the Seoul Games.

Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Rutledge played for the national team for thirteen years, and also competed professionally in Perth, Western Australia and in Queensland. He died at home, with his family by his side after a long bout of cancer.
