Rosie Marcel (born May 6, 1977 in Roehampton, South West London) is an English actress.

Marcel is best known for her role as Jac Naylor in the BBC medical drama, Holby City. She has a sister, Kelly, who is also an actress and her father, Terry Marcel, is a director. Marcel married Assistant Director Scott Bunce on February 21, 2004. They met whilst working together on the ITV drama, The Vice.
