[edit] Activities and Classes

The school has many before and after school activities including Student Council, Theatre, Morning Choir, Chamber Orchestra, Jazz Band, Chess Club, Science Club, Rock Climbing Club, and tons more. It has many sports teams like football, soccer, basket ball, cross country, track and field, tennis, ski team, and baseball.

Each year the theater program produces 3 shows. One fall show, a musical, and a spring show. Also, the school is starting an improv class that occurs in fall after the first play and one in spring. The theater was recently remodeled over the summer of 2006. The remodeling included new curtains, seats, a paint job and a new lighting booth.

The school has had two school plays so far this year, one of them a musical. There is a third play coming up shortly, which will be based on AVI's Romeo and Juliet retelling.
