Rosemarie Skaine

Rosemarie Keller Skaine (born Grand Island, Nebraska) is an American author and sociologist. She earned her Sociology M.A. at the University of Northern Iowa in 1977. She holds memberships in Pi Kappa Delta, a Forensics honor society; Alpha Kappa Delta, a sociology society; and Quill and Scroll, one for journalism. In 1997, she won the Gustavus Myers Center Award for the Study of Human Rights in North America for her book, Power and Gender: Issues in Sexual Dominance and Harassment.

Skaine's publications include nine books, as well as coauthored journal articles in national and international venues.
