Rose Kennedy is a cocktail popular in the mid-Atlantic and Northeastern Regions of The United States. It consists of varying amounts of Vodka and club soda with a splash of cranberry-juice drink for color. It is typically served with a lemon wedge. The cocktail is named after the matriarch of the Kennedy Family and mother of President John F. Kennedy from Massachusetts.
