Rosa Parks/Millbrook Elementary School is a public school in Lancaster, Texas (USA). It is part of the Lancaster Independent School District.

Located at 630 Millbrook Drive in central Lancaster[1], the school serves students in grades pre-kindergarten through five.

As of the 2006-2007 school year, there were a total of 386 students enrolled at Rosa Parks/Millbrook Elementary. The racial makeup of the school was 90.16% African American, 8.55% Hispanic, and 1.30% White. 66.58% of the school's students were considered economically disadvantaged.

Based on the accountability ratings released by the Texas Education Agency on August 1, 2007, Rosa Parks/Millbrook Elementary is currently rated "Academically Acceptable".

All Lancaster ISD students are required to wear school uniforms [1].

Pre-Kindergartners and Elementary schoolers may wear:

  • Red, White, and Blue solid polo shirts, turtlenecks, vests, and sweatshirts
  • Solid color jackets and windbreakers
  • White Oxford shirts
  • Khaki and Navy blue bottoms and Black slacks
