Roots Of Evil is the second solo album by Mafioso rap artist Kool G Rap. It was released in 1998 by Kool G's short lived record label, Illstreet/Downlow. It boasts two singles, "Foul Cats" and "Can't Stop The Shine", but is not a successful album. It reached #43 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. It contains one notable guest appearance from a young Papoose.
