Rooster's Brewery is a brewery in Knaresborough, Yorkshire. The Rooster's brewery was established by Sean & Alison Franklin in 1993. Initially producing just eight barrels a week, production now totals around 80 barrels a week.

The brewery produces a range of aromatic, flavourful, cask-conditioned beers, brewed almost exclusively from pale malts with soft flavours allowing the assertive hop to dominate.

All beers are currently only available on draught.

The Outlaw Brewing Co is a subsidiary label of the Rooster's Brewery. Under this name the company makes experimental beers in small quantities, for testing purposes. These are available in a select number of public houses in the Knaresborough area
