I'd like to add Animation Art Conservation is the first web site to have authorized use of copyrighted Disney images and discuss conservation issues unique to animation art. to Art conservation. The source is (http://www.animationmagazine.net/article/1127) Ron Barbagallo (talk) 23:43, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
- Sure, looks notable enough. I recommend that you post your request at Talk:Art conservation. --Elonka 00:12, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Welcome Ron
- Hi, Ron. I'm glad to see you've decided to start using your real name rather than going anonymous on Wikipedia. It seems you have a lot to add in your specialty. I think you should be careful in promoting your own web page though. What do you think about making an article about Animation Art Conservation? You seem rather qualified for such a thing.

- Richard -- Just like this morning, being presumptuous isn't helping me. I never hid my "real name." I bought a new iMac last week and it has a different IP address evidently. Right now, you and I have some fences to mend, which due to my commercial contracts, I need to ask you to do via email. I invite you and Richard Cull who seems to also hide behind the name: Mr. Bellamy to contact me directly via email or by phone. Ron Barbagallo (talk) 01:11, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks, Ron and Elonka, for the quick responses. You guys are great. I couldn't be more happy to have a civil discussion in the public and hope Ron's expertise continues to improve Wikipedia.

Please email me on Monday, after 1pm PDST and I will send you my phone number and we can schedule a mutually beneficial time to talk. Until then, please have a great weekend. My particular thanks to Eloka for taking so much time today. Ron Barbagallo (talk) 01:52, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
Okay, great. I'm glad you're interested in this topic. I don't really know you, Ron, and only do Wikipedia on my 'off-work' time, so I won't be calling or e-mailing you. I'm really not sure why you want to have a further discussion on the phone of matters related to Wikipedia. It's going to be a lot easier to communicate with you via Wikipedia.
RichardMcCoy 03:00, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
As I said above, I have contracts that limit my ability to blog online. If you'd rather do this via email than phone we can do that. Let's say, Monday evening? Ron Barbagallo (talk) 04:04, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
Hey, Ron. I'm sorry you're hands are tied with your contracts. I think your input to the Art conservation article is important, however I don't really see a need for us to discuss things via phone or e-mail. I would rather focus our efforts on working to improve the Art conservation article for Wikipedia, or working on an article about Animation art conservation, or one for Conservators in private practice rather. Will your contractual obligations allow you to work on any of those three articles?
If you have something you want to tell me, of course you can. E-mail me at this address whenever you want: rimccoy@yahoo.com
Thanks,
