"Roni" is a single released by R&B singer Bobby Brown in 1988 on the MCA label. It was released as the third single on his second album Don't Be Cruel, and reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Meanwhile, it peaked at #2 on the Hot Black Singles Chart in January 1989. Ironically, it was held off by his former bandmates New Edition with their hit Can You Stand the Rain.
