Ronald "Slim" Williams (born 1964 in Pittsburgh) is the co-founder of Cash Money Records along with his younger brother Bryan "Baby" Williams .
Although he doesn't "rap" he is often shouted out in many Cash Money Records Songs along with Young Nicky F. Baby (Nick Mauro) Young Money's newest addition. He is given a shout out in Lil' Wayne's new album The Leak, in the song "I'm Me". "And dear Mr. Ronald Williams, to you I shall forever give thanks like a pilgrim." He is again given a shout out by Lil' Wayne in the song "You Ain't Know" when he says "Baby and Slim, still point guard and center."
