Ronald Zubar (born September 20, 1985 in Les Abymes, Guadeloupe) is a French footballer, currently playing for Olympique de Marseille. His position is centre back.
He began his career in 2002 with SM Caen. He played ninety-six games for Caen, scoring twice. His performances impressed many Ligue 1 clubs, which linked him to Olympique Lyonnais in the media, as well as a possible move to Arsenal FC during the January 2006 transfer window. But the speculation was put to an end as Marseille signed him in 2006 for an undisclosed fee. Born in Guadeloupe (French overseas region), he has represented France in Under 21 stage and looks to be an upcoming future star in French football.
His younger brother, Stéphane Zubar, is a professional footballer who currently plays for SM Caen.
