Ronald W. Reagan High School is a high school under the direction of the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools system. It is located in Pfafftown, North Carolina and has a student population of approximately 1400. The school is newly constructed and began operation at the beginning of the 2005/06 school year. Stan Elrod has been the principal of Reagan since its opening. Reagan is currently a North Carolina 3A school, however it will become 4A at the beginning of the 2009-2010 school year. Reagan's student population continues to grow at an incredible rate since its opening, having already reached its capacity and set for additions in the coming years. The class of 2007 was the first to graduate from Reagan High School.

Reagan is home to the following athletic teams: baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, field hockey, football, golf, ice hockey, indoor track, lacrosse, Raiderettes dance team, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track and field, volleyball, and wrestling.
The school has won various titles in cross country, indoor track, Raiderettes, soccer, swimming, and track and field.

Reagan has established a strong record of academics in its short history. The school offers several AP courses as does every school in Forsyth County. Reagan houses a charter of the National Honors Society as does every school in Forsyth County.
For two consecutive years, Reagan's academic team has won the Academic Competition championship against West Forsyth High School in 2007 and R.J. Reynolds High School in 2008.
