Ronald Reagan Speaks Out Against Socialized Medicine
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ronald Reagan Speaks Out Against Socialized Medicine is a 1961 LP recorded by Ronald Reagan. In this 11-minute recording, Reagan sets out his opposition to single-payer health care (which he construes as a form of socialized medicine), as had been proposed by the Democratic Party.
The LP was supported by Operation Coffee Cup, a campaign of the American Medical Association, who used it in their coffee meetings. Hundreds of copies of the LP were shipped around the United States in an early example of viral marketing.[1]
