Ronald Raldés Balcázar (born April 20, 1981 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra) is a Bolivian football defender. He has played regularly for the Bolivia national football team since 2001.[1] He currently plays for Rosario Central of the Argentine Primera.

Raldés started his career with Club Destroyers in 1998, the following year he joined Oriente Petrolero, where he was part of the Bolivian League Championship winning team in 2001.

Due to his success with Oriente Petrolero and the Bolivian national football team, Raldés was signed by Rosario Central in 2003.

He played as the captain for Bolivia in Copa América 2007.

In 2008, after five great years with the "canallas", Raldés announced his imminent departure from the institution once the Torneo Clausura ends in mid June.
